April 30, 1872
Sarah washed in afternoon. I went up street. Called at Mr. Elisha S. He is confined to his bed with a broken bone in his leg. Paid him $5 for his services and advice, then went to Mr. Cooks and paid him 50 cts for carrying Libbie’s things to Sfd. Got a letter from Libbie. Sent one to Sul.
