Sunday, February 25, 1866 I went to church forenoon. Grows cold. Mr. ? went up to Henrys.  Saturday, February 24, 1866 Lintha (Cynthia) come. Rains hard all day. Girls didn’t wash much.  Friday, February 23, 1866 M Culver buried today. I went up to funeral. Em went with Billy. Bell with Burdett to Milo Cooks. Mr. Richards come.   Thursday, February 22, 1866 School kept half a day then the girls went to helping at the hotel Festival tonight. They did not get home till 2 o’clock. Wednesday, February 21, 1866 School did not keep. Em got home at noon, went up at 3. I baked pies and cake for festival. Libbies breast caked.
