Henry come for horses. His baby sick, I went up, staid all day. Got congestion of the lungs.
*Henry would be the son of Mary and Thomas Herrick. He was 26 years old at the time, married to Sarah (Parks) Herrick. They had three children, Hattie, born 1863, Jenny, born 1864, and Sarah (Sadie) born in 1875. ​
