H went to Westfield with his lambs. Curt went to Russell to get his tooth out. Sarah sick, didn’t wash. I wed in the garden in the forenoon. George Caswell and wife and little girl come. Henry put $200 in the savings bank for me and brought a bank book for me. He got me a pr of slippers $1.25

AuthorWe have now transcribed the diaries of Mary (Knox) Herrick from 1865 and 1866, the two earliest of hers that we have. The next diary of Mary that we have is from 1872 and we will be transcribing and posting from that diary every day this year. Archives
