Tuesday, September 11, 1866 Libbie got a letter from James wanting her to come home Saturday. *Libbie is their daughter Mary Elizabeth Herrick who married James Richards in 1865 and they had a daughter, Emma born Dec 18, 1865. It appears that they were living in Wilbraham at the time. In recent posts we read that Lib's baby is sick so maybe she went home to get some help with the baby.

AuthorMary (Knox) Herrick was born May 7, 1813 in Blandford, MA to Harry and Charlotte (Blair) Knox. She married Thomas Herrick June 11, 1836. They had ten children: Charlotte, Henry, Ursula, Emma, Mary, Isabella, Melissa, Bessie, Abbie and Hattie. Archives
